Sold at Harrods London through the 1950s.
Constructed with materials considered provocative in the post-war decade : Faux Leather "SKAI" Upholstery, Brass-Toned Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum Frame, Aluminum Piping, Wooden Base Structure.
A removeable clear glass sheet covers the SKAI upholstered tabletop.

Teak Dining Table and Chairs | Vintage Norwegian Modern
Compact table and chairs are excellent options for small space living. The gateleg drop-leaf table takes up just 9" of space when the leaves are down.
The set of four ladder back armless dining chairs fit nicely under the table as the fronts of the chairs are more narrow than the backs.

Mid-Century Danish Modern influenced gateleg drop-leaf dining table.
The deep-rimmed oval top is manufactured with new growth Southeast Asian crown cut teak with teak crossbanding.
The legs are made from African afrormosia wood. The legs at center are straight and the four gatelegs end in a slipper foot.

Round to oval dining table #4385 designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins for E. Gomme's G-Plan Fresco range.
Offered in the "New Models 1967" folder from G-Plan.
Manufactured in High Wycombe, England.
Top is new growth Southeast Asian crown-cut teak.
Trim and legs are afrormosia wood from Africa.
Table extends via built-in butterfly leaf.

"Ellipse" Gateleg Table | 1960s
UK Mid-Century Modern Sutherland style table attributed to Jentique Furniture.
Executed in the Manner of the "Ellipse" NR 4 gateleg table by Norwegian designer Bendt Winge for Kleppes Mobelfabrikk about 1955.
The table top is of yellow-orange tone new growth Southeast Asian crown cut teak.
The gatelegs are of birch wood.
